The complexity cost
Keap is powerful but not simple
Keap has a certified partner ecosystem specifically because the onboarding is genuinely hard. Most businesses hire a consultant or take an intensive training course before they can use it effectively. That is a real cost on top of the subscription.
The product has also aged. The campaign builder is capable but shows its roots. There are no AI agents, no voice AI, no Facebook/Instagram DMs, and no modern unified inbox.
