Honest comparison
SaaSyToad vs Salesforce
Salesforce is enterprise power, priced and built for enterprises. It charges per user, the bill stacks with every seat, and the AI is a paid add-on. We put one number on your card, it covers everyone on your team, and the AI is already in it.
The real cost
What you actually pay
Salesforce list prices look manageable per seat. Multiply by your headcount, then add the AI and the marketing product.
Salesforce
SaaSyToad
How pricing works
This is the core difference. Salesforce scales by headcount.
Per user, per month. The bill grows with every seat you add
One flat price per workspace. Seats do not change the number
Entry tier
Salesforce Starter is capable but light on automation depth.
Starter Suite: ~$25 per user/mo
Solo at flat monthly pricing, one workspace, AI included
The tier most teams actually need
A 5-person team on Enterprise is roughly $825/mo before add-ons.
Pro Suite ~$100/user/mo; Enterprise ~$165/user/mo
Pro at flat monthly pricing, full stack, no per-seat charge
Top tier
Unlimited: ~$330+ per user/mo
Agency at flat monthly pricing, all client workspaces included
AI (Einstein / Agentforce)
Salesforce AI is priced separately and can be billed per use.
Paid add-on, consumption-based on top of the per-seat cost
Included on every plan, not metered
Marketing automation
Email, SMS, and campaigns are part of the same flat price.
Marketing Cloud is a separate product on its own contract
Included on every plan
Voice / phone AI
No native AI voice receptionist; telephony is an add-on or partner app
Included (Trudy): inbound calls, missed-call text-back
Implementation
Salesforce power comes with real setup time and cost.
Usually needs an admin or a paid consultant to configure
Guided setup checklist; most businesses live in one day
Overage surprises
This is the whole point.
Costs climb with seats, AI consumption, and add-on products
No. One flat number every month
Pricing sourced from salesforce.com. Rates are subject to change. Always verify on their site before making a purchase decision.
The per-seat problem
Salesforce gets more expensive every time you hire
Salesforce prices per user. Enterprise is roughly $165 per user, per month. Put five people on it and you are near $825 a month before you turn on a single add-on. Hire a sixth and the number goes up again. Your CRM bill is now tied to your headcount.
Then the extras stack. Einstein and Agentforce AI are priced separately and can bill by consumption. Marketing Cloud is a different product on its own contract. Service Cloud is another one. The platform is genuinely powerful, but most teams need an admin or a paid consultant just to wire it together.
SaaSyToad is one flat number per workspace. Add seats, run the AI, send the campaigns: the price does not move. We handle the compute budget on our end.
