Questions parents ask
How much does it cost?
$300 per minute of finished cartoon: 1 minute $300 · 2 minutes $600 · 3 minutes $900. Each cartoon can star up to 4 kids.
Is it only for Christmas?
No. Pick a Christmas cartoon or a custom cartoon for a birthday or any day of the year. Same price.
How long does it take?
For Christmas, order by December 10 and you get your video by December 20. For birthdays and other days, tell us your date when you order. You approve the written story first, then we animate it.
Do I need to send a photo?
No. A clear photo helps us design a character that looks like your child, but you can describe them instead: hair, eyes, and favorite clothes.
Can we watch it on a TV?
Yes. You get an HD video file (MP4) that plays on smart TVs, phones, tablets and computers. You can also cast it to the TV or play it from a USB stick.
What happens with my photos?
Photos are used only to design your child's cartoon character and are deleted after delivery. Orders must come from a parent or grandparent.
