Voice minutes, phone service, text messages (SMS), and other provider usage are charged separately. Your written quote explains how they are billed and estimates your usage costs. Usage is not unlimited.
The monthly fee covers our management: monitoring and up to 30 minutes of minor setting changes each month. Software subscriptions and usage charges are separate from it. Extra work is quoted separately. This is not round-the-clock human support.
How buying works
- Project work: 50% deposit to begin. The other 50% after you approve the final version, before final files are released or your website launches.
- Monthly services: paid monthly in advance.
- A revision round is one consolidated list of changes within the agreed brief. A new concept or a bigger scope needs a separate quote.
- Every quote spells out the deliverables, included revisions, timeline, software and usage costs, and what is not included.
- Your quote includes a delivery schedule based on the project scope and when we receive your materials.
- Prices shown are our starting prices. Your written quote is based on your project.
